Refund Policy

Short version: seven-day, no-questions-asked refund on every paid tier. Reply to your purchase receipt and the refund is issued in one click on our side. Razorpay processes it back to your card or bank within 5–10 business days.

Eligibility

What happens to the deliverables

On refund, the license key is revoked and any download links are deactivated. You're asked to delete the PDFs and Excel feeds. We trust you.

How to request

  1. Reply to your purchase receipt with the subject "Refund please".
  2. You'll get a confirmation within one business hour.
  3. The Razorpay refund typically appears in 5–10 business days; international cards can take up to 14 days, banks vary.

Beyond 7 days

If you cancel after the window, we don't auto-process a refund, but write to us. We're a one-person shop and we read every email. Genuine extenuating circumstances (data quality concern, billing dispute, unavoidable change in your situation) are handled case-by-case — the right answer is usually yes.

Refresh delays

If a tier includes a quarterly refresh and the refresh is more than 30 days late, you can request a pro-rated refund of the unused subscription portion at any time.

Chargebacks

If you've reached out for a refund and we haven't responded within 3 business days, file a chargeback with no penalty from us. We'd rather you refund than chargeback; the only thing chargebacks do is harm Razorpay reputation for the next buyer. Same outcome, less paperwork.
